Minimum Education: BCS
Experience: Minimum Three year hand on experience preferable on Oracle 10g IDS
Skill Set :
Should be CS graduate
Preferable experience on Financial applications
Must have good Communication Skills
Should have completed one big scale project (At least)
Must have full SDLC knowledge
Self Starter
Should have good problem solving & decision making skills
Good software documentation skills are desirable
