PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· 10 years Security, Police or Military experience at a managerial level. And an experience of working within International and multinational Corporate organization.
· 24/7 availability for tasking
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide expert Security Services and be the process owner for all aspects of Security for the tower and installations all over Pakistan.
· Understand the company’s Security need and involve own team in supporting customer.
· Develop specific policy and provide direction for all Security activities in support of Operations in Pakistan.
· Ensure existing Security Plans and Processes are in place and adhered to thus producing high quality outcome.
· Identify and Maintain cost efficiency within NSN Pakistan Security.
· Establish internal and external networks, including Government Security agencies and services, NSN Unit/Sub Region and Function Hds and Sub contractors, to ensure successful operations.
· Line Management and Leadership of the Security Team including setting responsibilities and accountabilities in for team.
· Provide local travel advice for company travellers as per NSN Travel policies.
· Conduct Security Assessments for company assets and personal.
· Selection of and monitoring the professional standards of guarding and security support sub contractors.
· Preparation and submission of regular reports to deadlines
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Ability to Manage Remote teams.
· High degree of personal Integrity and Gravitas.
· Ability to inspire confidence in and influence senior Managers.
· Attention to detail and clear communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and cross cultural integration skills
· Good IT Literacy
