PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
· Holding Engineering/Master’s degree with 15 years of management and technical experience in Telecommunication Field in the C level role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
· Provides strategic and tactical planning, development and evaluation to the assigned teams.
· Responsible for coordination, facilitation and consultation with all related network staff on information systems and communications.
· Participates with other senior management teams in developing and executing strategic plans.
· Act as an integral resource to optimize the use of information technology.
· Develops and enforces policies and procedures.
· Monitors relationship management of vendors.
· Maintains knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices and terms of agreements to minimize the investment.
· Provides technical expertise on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of
information systems.
· Ensure appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems.
· Develops and maintains an enterprise-wide business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services to ensure proper disaster management.
· Enforce IT / Security policies.
· Fundamental part in the process of key drafting business processes and systems documentation to improve departments control and accountability.
