PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
· CA/Equivalent Qualification along with at least 15 years of exposure in the Revenue Management of a Corporation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED

· Provide financial and technical accounting leadership to management on business and operational matters related to the Division’s diverse revenue streams.
· Work with sales leadership, business development, and legal on deal structure and contract negotiation.
· Identify and propose opportunities for automation and process improvement to increase efficiency, scale and control throughout the Order to Cash cycle.
· Lead and execute on the implementation of those initiatives, and work closely and liaise with cross-functional teams to influence decision making.
· Oversee the management of the Divisions accounts receivable portfolio including adequacy of reserve.
· Work with agencies and internal cross-functional resources to reduce collection time.
· Responsible for setting and achieving quarterly cash collections goals and providing weekly cash updates to Treasury.
· Ensure that the revenue close process is consistently on time and accurate.
· Provide guidance to the collection’s team and strategies to improve collection efficiency.
· Requires strong management and leadership skills.
· Requires organizational savvy and strong negotiation skills.
· Ability to see the “big picture” and maximize resources and prioritize initiatives in a demanding and fast paced environment.
· Ability to present complex business issues to senior management to drive appropriate business decisions.
