Job Description
· Conducts training needs analysis and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
· Compiles data and analyzes current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.
· Prepares relevant operating procedures.
· Organizes and develops training modules, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
· Explore and selects outside consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics.
· Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of trainers and monitor progress to achieve effectiveness of training on long-term basis.
· Recommends employees for participation in internal or external educational and training programs based on specific training needs of individuals.
· Conduct training session as Trainer.
· He/she plans, coordinates, and executes trainings and staff development programs for organization.
· Work includes career/succession planning.
Experience:
· 6 years (or more) experience in similar position in a reputed organization
Qualification:
· MBA/MPA (HRM) preferred
