Operations Planning Manager – Customer Care required in Augere

· Manage the overall sizing and work force optimization for customer care touch points (contact center and walk-in stores)
· Analyze MIS and forecast trends
· Manage Staff scheduling for all customer care touch points
· Audit and report the KPI performance dashboard for both contact centers and walk-in stores
