JOB DESCRIPTION:
Consult with Operations and marketing staff to plan, develop & Manage both our Internet and Intranet web sites
Follow branding guidelines, policies, procedures, quality standards, Listener needs and applicable regulations.
Track and report web site visitors, trends and Visitors concerns
Develop technical architecture of web sites including scripting, database design, and user interface design.
Stay abreast of industry trends and all applicable technologies, graphic design tools, and new languages.
Provide support for the development, design, testing, technical documentation, and rollout of new web-based customer services for web sites.
