System Engineer required

We at Techsense has immediate opening for System Engineer. Must be 
graduate, fresh or 01 year Experience.  He/she has to work on IBM 
 Products like Tivoli. 
Job Description:
•	Perform product installation at customer sites and provide 
project closure information to the Resource Center and Sales.
•	Provide technical assistance to customers.
 •	Write installation and testing procedures, serve as technical 
liaison between Project Management and development teams.
•	Develop and manage all technical processes related to 
installation, Create and maintain project plan, hardware request and 
 site survey documents.
•	Provide project plan and documentation to Team Leaders for 
review.
•	Perform customer site surveys and update documentation as 
needed and Support Customer Service Analysts in resolution of 
 customer issues.

The Following Skills are a plus.
•	Linux and Unix OS
•	Networking Concepts
•	Ability to work with team and share knowledge
•	Quick Learning Capability.
