- BCS/BS or equivalent
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in software engineering. Fresh graduates may also apply
- Expertise in core Java, especially in J2EE
- Knowledge or experience in relevant frameworks or technologies such as Struts, Hibernate, Spring etc. would be considered a plus
- Strong object-oriented skills
- A problem solving attitude and ability to think out of the box
- Strong commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
