Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Working out of our client office in Riyadh or Pakistan or at customer sites in Saudi Arabia or in the Gulf region as is needed.
- Deploy company’s solutions at either customer’s site or site as designated by company.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing systems and solving any issues that arise.
- Providing support, including procedural and documentation.
- Supporting new applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining deployed solutions.
- Talking clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
- Prioritising and managing several open cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new releases.
Skill Requirements:
Candidate should have 3 – 4 years technical experience working with:
- Order Management Systems, back office systems or exchanges
- Experience with Fix protocol and Market Data Feeds
- Oracle and SQL
- Java development
- On-site experience
- IBM WebSphere,
- IBM MQ knowledge preferred
- Data migration experience from other databases to Oracle.
- Be willing to travel overseas for medium term assignments extensively
- Be go getters with a never say die attitude
- Excellent communication skills.
