- Good Lotus Script, Formula, Java Script and Java Knowledge
- Good HTML and DHTML skills
- Good Testing skills are preferable
- Good Knowledge of domino administration will be preferable
- Should have strong English communication skills and ability to
- converse with clients
- Any Lotus developer certification will be a Plus
