· Must have good understanding of SDLC processes
· Must be systematic, analytical and possess an investigative mind as well as good report writing skills
· Ability to meet tight deadline.
· Strong organizational skills
· High attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task
· Working knowledge of Test Director will be a plus
