- 2+ years experience in user interface design, especially of web based systems
- Excellent design skills with proven record in designing interfaces for commercial applications and products
- A creative mind with great aesthetic sense
- Sound knowledge of interactive web design and usability principles and best practices
- Preferably skilled in graphic development and software tools like Adobe Photoshop, Freehand / Corel Draw etc. Alternatively, must have demonstrated experience of leading a team of graphic designers and web developers on challenging UI design projects
- Excellent HTML and CSS skills
- Preference shall be given to individuals with excellent communication skills with experience in designing communication interfaces and application messages
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Motivation and ambition to excel and grow
- Ability to deliver in a fast pace environment
