We are newly establishing IT company in Karachi. A small startup focusing more toward product development and IT service management. We have extensive resources to expand our operations but are having issues in hiring talent due to our lack of track record and startup nature. We are in need an experience IT HR Manager or Recruitment Manager who can help us expands our operations.
Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities related to the positions are
- Helping IT Manager in developing Job description , roles and responsibilities
- Posting IT positions on in newspapers , internet , web portals and different job banks
- Collecting , organizing and management candidates resumes and profiles
- Arranging interviews, meetings with different stack holders
- Orientation of the newly hired
- Career planning , appraisal and performance management
- Establishing process and procedures as part of human resource management
Qualification
The following qualifications are required for the position
- Master degree in Business administration or computer science with 1 years experience or Bachelor degree in Business administration and computer science with 3 years.
- Any other relevant qualification or experience will be taken into account
- Experience in IT related human resources management
- Understand of the IT technology and there generic feature set
- Should be fluent in English. Most of the clients are native English speakers and there will be a lot of interaction with them.
- Have a thought understanding of HR systems , specially automated systems cause the organization plans to automate the whole processing on share point
Compensation
- Basic salary and compensation will be based on experience.
