Assistant HR Manager required

  • A degree in HR or MBA with HR majors
  • Sound knowledge of HRM and HR best practices
  • 3+ years experience in HR, preferably as an HR generalist
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Positive attitude and an extrovert personality
  • Ability to work independently and a drive to take initiatives
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to evaluate alternatives
  • Good MS Office and basic computing skills.
  • Spreadsheet and data analysis skills would be a plus
