- A degree in HR or MBA with HR majors
- Sound knowledge of HRM and HR best practices
- 3+ years experience in HR, preferably as an HR generalist
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Positive attitude and an extrovert personality
- Ability to work independently and a drive to take initiatives
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to evaluate alternatives
- Good MS Office and basic computing skills.
- Spreadsheet and data analysis skills would be a plus
