Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Working out of our client office in Riyadh or Pakistan or at customer sites in Saudi Arabia or in the Gulf region as is needed.

Deploy company’s solutions at either customer’s site or site as designated by company.
-
Troubleshooting and diagnosing systems and solving any issues that arise.
-
Providing support, including procedural and documentation.
-
Supporting new applications.
-
Monitoring and maintaining deployed solutions.
-
Talking clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
-
Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
-
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).

Prioritising and managing several open cases at one time.
-
Testing and evaluating new releases.
Skill Requirements:
Candidate should have 3 – 4 years technical experience working with:

Order Management Systems, back office systems or exchanges

Experience with Fix protocol and Market Data Feeds

Oracle and SQL
-
Java development
-
On-site experience
-
IBM WebSphere,
-
IBM MQ knowledge preferred
-
Data migration experience from other databases to Oracle.

Be willing to travel overseas for medium term assignments extensively
