Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters Degree in the area of Electrical/ Computer Engineering / Computer Sciences or Telecom from a reputed University
Experience Required: 4+ years of experience in LDI network Operations
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Practical experience of managing NGN based LDI network operation
- Excellent understanding and experience of NGN architecture and Protocols (Softswitch, Media Gateways, SBC, VOIP technology, Signaling Protocols: SS7, SIP, H.323, Sigtran, MGCP/Megaco/H.248, RTP/RTCP, Codec etc.)
- Detailed Understanding of operational processes related to Routing, Provisioning, Testing, NOC coordination, performance monitoring, reporting etc.
- Strong Problem analysis, investigation and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent Vendor Management and communication, SLA compliance/enforcement skills
- Good Understanding of IP networks, switching and routing protocols, management protocols and tools, security procedures etc.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal/Written/Presentation).
- Ability to work independently under demanding situations
- Good Project management skills
