Role: Manager Information Security
Division
: Information Security & Risk Management
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Description:

:: Recommend next generation information security designs for safeguarding systems/networking environment.
:: Perform analysis and assessment of security vulnerabilities and incidents.
:: Remain abreast of global cyber-threats; subscribe to alerts from professional threat monitoring sources; assess potential risk to i2c operations; issue internal alerts and patching advisories.
:: Respond to security incidents in accordance with incidence response policy/procedures.
:: Administer Security Information & Events Management (SIEM) analysis tool. Produce reports.
:: Work with cross-functional teams ensuring security related projects are prioritized, implemented, and tracked.
:: Prescribe security solutions as needed and in response to compliance audit findings.
:: Work with enterprise risk team and enterprise design and architecture teams to ensure security best practices are implemented on systems, applications and architectures for security risks and vulnerabilities.
:: Provide architectural and technical guidance for software, systems and network security.
:: Guide enterprise security strategy, standards, processes and procedures.
:: Provide subject matter expertise on projects and initiatives.
:: Test, evaluate and implement third-party security tools and products, including vendor management.
:: Design and implement policies, procedures, and training.
:: Perform managerial duties, providing guidance and team leadership for Information Security group.
:: Assist in planning, scheduling, and completing internal/external technical audits.

Required:

Experience:
:: Atleast 7+ years information security related experience in renowned IT companies

Knowledge/skills:
:: Assess network vulnerability; perform penetration tests, perform information security and compliance reviews; perform security device configuration; develop security policy

Personal characteristics
:: Strong analytical & problem solving skill; strong oral and written communication skills

:: Desired but not required Cisco router, firewall, IPS, VPN, Sun Solaris, Security related tools (scanning, penetration, incident/event reporting)
