Head of Resource Mobilization

Job Description

  • Develop strategies and an action plan to achieve long range objectives
  • Develop annual and three year growth plan including financial requirements as well as establish annual targets for build, support and zakat donations
  • In consultation with regions, develop annual build plan by July each year
  • Review build proposal for donors
  • Establish strong relationships with corporate donors for ensuring sustainable funding for TCF
  • Support & initiate Business Development
  • Work closely with local and international chapters to expand TCF donor base
  • Coordinate the management of TCF inter chapters conference
  • Establish direct communications with donors to strengthen TCF relationship
  • Troubleshoot for the department, guiding in sensitive/high profile cases
  • Supervise issuance of construction requisitions of committed schools
  • Work with Directors and Chapters to expand TCF network and establish more local and international support groups and chapters
  • Responsible for the overall budget of the Resource Mobilization Department
  • Develop and implement systems and SOP's for the department
Department Resource Mobilization
Education MBA from an accredited university
Experience 7-10 years of customer service or relationship management experience
Required Skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication and should demonstrate clarity in thought
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, forecasting & budgeting
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office
