Location: Lahore
Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is to sense the market dynamics and study the competitors move and to report the management with the updates for timely decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data cleaning and cleansing, deliver HRP Matrix.
- Implement agreed Data Quality process and use provided Data Quality tools
- Implement agreed action and review progress
- Implement agreed Sensing roadmap in coordination with local Marketing
- Implement best practice process and set-up prospect sales integration
- Review and provide feedback on country specific data
- Deliver country specific data base with given template
- Focus Markets: Provide MO specific HRM / HRP data. Other Markets: apply provided HRP Product Basket in cooperation with local Marketing
- Integrate Fact base into local HSM process in cooperation with MO Management
- Provide MO with KPI results and implement agreed activities
- Ensure Fair Pricing templates are ready for data migration
- Implement defined FP workflow - sign of with MO management
- Implement agreed work steps and involve MO management, deliver local pricing scenarios
- Implementation of pricing structure in cooperation with MO management
- Communicate and implement changes to MO management
- Implement pricing process
- Test and use tool for MO simulation
- Implement agreed action and review progress with MO management
Key Requirements:
Educational qualification:
· MBA marketing/Masters in Marketing
· Operational knowledge of ERPs
· Expertise in MS Office especially in Advanced Excel is a must.
· Valid driving license
Language:
· Proficiency in English Language is a must
Age:
· 25 - 35 years
Experience:
· 2-3 years’ experience and proven track record in a similar assignment within the construction or similar industry.
Knowledge & Abilities:
· Able to do multitasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
· Able to work effectively and responsibly without close supervision
· Capable of agile thinking to provide fast & accurate answers to questions

Salary:
30k – 40k plus 19K car allowance
