Competencies:
Strong understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle & Testing
methodologies
Ability to design and develop manual and automated tests
Develop test plans, positive / negative test scenarios, for test cases
Knowledge of bug categorization on several basis
Experience with bug tracking tool
Identify bug sources and introduce steps for their resolution
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Education & Experience:
BCS/MCS with 2-4 years of software testing experience
Candidates will be preferred with:
Experience in Automated testing tools (HP-QTP or other)
CSTE/ CSQA certification
