Responsibilities
· To provide support to the site manager in the achievement of the project objectives by ensuring on one hand availability of
all necessary input and on the other hand the implementation of company’s systems for effective planning, scheduling,
monitoring and control.
· Pre-mobilization
1. Prepares Matrix to show split of work into zones / area, discipline and responsibility.
2. Reviews WBS and OBS and prepares their mapping.
3. Prepared schedule for purchase of Bulk materials, Consumables, machines and Plant requirement. procedures.
· Post Mobilization
1. Responsible for overall control of the project and Level III plan.
2. Ensures that Field Engineering effectively performs their function of estimating BOM and BOQ, preparation of
fabrication and installation drawings, and providing clarification where ever required
3. Analysis progress and efficiency reports
4. Updates and monitors Level III plan keeping in view overall master schedule.
5. Regularly performs critical path analysis, anticipates bottlenecks and highlights these to Site Manager.
6. Ensure preparation of as build drawings.
7. Prepares Project Windup report at completion of the project.
Competence Requirements:
· Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum Experience: 7 – 10 Years of relevant experience
3. Primavera P3 Expert Level, Report Writing skill and Familiar company systems i.e. P3, PCS, GDMS,GDES, ACCPAC
ICON, SBT etc
