* Creating and maintaining Flash applications and websites.
* Contributing to the high-end Action Script and client-side
development for consumer facing internet properties.
* Developing and maintaining coding standards to achieve
efficiency in maintenance and portability.
* Working with development and integration creatively to bring
applications from wireframe to integration implementation.
* Monitoring and assessing the Action Script code written by other
team developers.
* Aiming to achieve a good understanding of business objectives
and be able to translate them into technical design and
implementation.
* Leading team for online application development, Flash and back-
end development and framework programming.
