Job Description:
-- This position is responsible for the daily response to all e-mails
and calls that come from clients.
-- Must provide the highest levels of customer service and problem
resolution to all company customers.
-- Must develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all services and systems.
-- Must take ownership of the customer issue/question, conduct
research, engage management in other business units as needed and
maintain contact with the customer throughout the process.
