Job Description
1] Responsible for making and maintaining a “Project Plan” against
every Activity assigned to him by Project Manager (PM)
2] The project plan shall include following mandatory sections and
milestones. (more can be added by PM)
o Failure root cause analysis
o Failure Analysis Report (milestone)
o Implementation of corrective measure and follow up on
subsequent tasks
o Notification on Corrective measure taken and implemented
in the product (milestone)
3] Product Failure Root Cause Analysis will be done with the help of
Development and keeping in view following aspects of the product;
o Design
o Component Quality
o Production Process / QA
o Packaging
4] Responsible for presenting a “Product Failure Root Cause Analysis
Report” with “evidences” to CTO and Project Manager for tasks relating
to all 4 above mentioned categories, Further proposing a solution.
5] Responsible for “Follow up and Implementation” of all corrective
measures which were decided, agreed and instructed by Project Manager
as a result of final failure analysis and its resolution to CTO and
Project Manager.
6] Market research for selection of appropriate components. Attend
meetings / forum of product feedback from Ops / QA / Clients along
with Product Manager and takes formal minutes of the meeting.
7] Responsible for update of “Progress Report” daily showing progress
on all tasks assigned to him.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering/ Computer
Science
Fresh Graduate to 1 Year of Experience
Fluent in English and Urdu
Effective communication Skills
Positive and Can Do attitude
