HR Coordinator

Job Description

1] To assist in recruitment function for short listing of resumes,
coordinating interviews, scheduling interviews, conducting initial
interviews and maintaining a file for resumes.

2] To prepare and regularly update interview schedule and status.

3] To prepare and regularly update excel sheet for short listed
candidates.

4] To prepare and regularly update employee records sheet.

5] To maintain personnel files and update the files regularly, with
status of the employee e.g. Confirmed, Probationary, Promoted etc

6] To assist in organizing soft-skills trainings, either In-House or
Out-House.

7] To initiate with ideas for developing management skills of our
employees and suggest new strategies for continuously enhancing our
employee satisfaction level.

 8] To co-ordinate with Marketing team and take initiatives for
Employer Branding and helping Wavetec become Employer of choice.

9] Other special projects as assigned by HR Associate from time to
time.


Requirements:

BBA – Human Resource management

Fresh Graduate

At least internship experience in HR Function

Effective communication skills

Fluent in English and Urdu

Positive can do attitude

Well developed understanding of HR concepts
