HR Executive

Job Description


1] To develop strategy, process and standards for HR Functions:
Recruitment, Selection, Performance Management, Employee Records and
Employee Trainings.



2] To utilize all possible recruitment sources and methodologies to
attract maximum number of candidates for open positions and implement
a comprehensive selection procedure to ensure hiring of  the most
talented resource in Wavetec.



3] To lead the performance management process and ensure that all
employee confirmations/increments are on the basis of this process.



4] To formulate company policies through co-ordination with respective
Head of Departments and ensure that all employees understand them.
Also to timely resolve policy related matters.



5] To ensure formulation of training plans for each position in
Wavetec and timely evaluation of all In-House Trainings.



6] Any other HR related projects assigned by the HR Head from time to
time.




Requirements:



BBA/MBA – Human Resource Management

1 – 2 years of experience as HR Generalist

Effective communication Skills

Fluency in English and Urdu

Positive attitude

Result oriented and Self Motivated
