PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Organizational development, related field of equivalent with minimum of 8 years exposure to Organizational Development.
· Cross-disciplinary Talent Management domain expertise
· Experience in the following areas – Preferred

§ Competencies
§ Talent Assessments
§ Succession Management
§ Performance Management
§ Development Planning
§ Compensation
§ Learning Management
§ Workforce Analytics
§ Talent Management Governance
§ Talent Mapping
· Ability to understand and articulate the strategic value of integrated Talent Management processes with strong business acumen.
· Excellent reporting skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
· Effective verbal communication including the ability to relate well with others and ability to adapt style as needed.
· Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiatives to drive projects.
· Ability to measure, identify and report on talent within the organization.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure that updated Job Description formats are available for use by Departments.
· Supervise the analysis of Job Descriptions, revision of existing job descriptions and advises on matters such as required education and experience.
· Evaluates jobs and make recommendations regarding grades and job titles.
· Work with departments on a variety of manpower projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, and Implementation of new programs.
· Develop and document manpower procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with organization objectives.
· Respond to enquiries regarding Job related issues.
· Assist Departments in the development of Job Descriptions (role, duties, responsibilities and required education and experience.
· Liaise with departments to ensure that Job Description format is understood and submitted for consideration accordingly.
· Evaluate Jobs content within the Kingdom and Internationally.
· Perform other job related function as required.
