PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· LLM, Barrister at Law with 4-5 years of experience.
· Major criminal, civil, corporate, commercial and labor laws of Pakistan with a view to advising the Company in all aspects litigations, quasi litigations, tribunals, authorities and other proceedings relating to the Company’s operations and business.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· To interpret laws, rulings and regulations impacting the Company.
· To protect and defend the Company’s legal position, business interests and reputation in coordination with Company legal counsels.
· Assist Company Secretary, external legal counsels and Company’s management in legal matters.
· Draft and vet agreements and ensure compliance with the laws.
· Legal advice to various Divisions/ Departments of the Company.
· Capability to communicate orally and in writing with people within and outside the Company,
· Representing the Company to outsiders, with external legal counsels engaged by or on behalf of the relevant authorities and other external sources.
· Excellent computer skills are required.
