They provide a complete range of technical, data and resource outsourcing services including Website Design and Development, IT Staffing and Technical Resource Outsourcing. Most of their clients are small and mid size businesses. They are headquartered in Dallas, Texas (USA) with global delivery centers in Malaysia and Pakistan with professionals working worldwide. They have global delivery system supported by staff in different time zones and offer a 24-hour development and support environment.

Required skills:
· Must have proven professional industry experience working on PHP Web Development Projects preferably for US clients or Projects.
· Must be comfortable working with PHP and MySQL database website projects.
· Must have worked on open source software like OS Commerce and alike.
· Must be able to to use JQuery and AJAX and work with valid xHTML.
· Hands-on experience on anyone or more of the Joomla, WordPress and Drupal platforms is a big plus.
· Must have good English communication skills, as the person will be communicating with US clients on a daily basis by phone, emails or Instant Messengers.
Knowledge of some or all of following will be an added advantage:
· GD Library, cURL, Smarty, Mambo, PayPal, Google Checkout, Payment Gateways, Shopping Carts, API, Web Services, XML, AJAX, URL Rewriting, Cron Jobs, Triggers, Stored Procedures, XHTML, SEO, Blogs, RSS Feeds, Podcasts.
· Experience of working with other programming languages such as Java/JSP, ASP.NET or ASP Classic will be a definite plus.
