PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· MBA/ Business degree with relevant marketing qualification from a reputed institute.
· 10 - 12 years of brand management experience along with leading product or corporate brand campaigns in telecom industry – PREFERRED
· Highly self-directed with the ability to immediately add value and drive to be proactive.
· Conceptual abilities in both the creative and logical presentation of ideas and messages.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Act as a liaison across the company communicating the brand strategy and monitoring/optimizing the company’s diverse activities in a way that preserves and enhances brand equity.
· Developing and implementing integrated strategic marketing plans to promote the brand both internally and externally
· Identifying new brand opportunities, possible threats and effective responses as well as building ideas that encompass every brand touch point with customers.
· Developing and facilitating a cross functional brand and an integral member of the marketing steering committee.
· Creating a system of tools and/or mechanisms to create and ensure brand consistency throughout the organization.
· Participating in annual budget planning process and ensure adequate funding for all brand programs.
· Ensure budget targets are met, with appropriate ROI achievements
· Creating a social media channel brand strategy and manage the implementation, execution and monitoring through the social media team
· Aligning brand strategies with relevant market research.
· Coordinating brand development with marketing services, marketing managers, product and research.
· Performing regular communication audits to insure brand consistency and optimization.
· Partnering with analytics team to determine system of metrics for measuring and monitoring brand awareness, brand equity and competitive brand encroachment.
· Ensuring that all marketing channels support the value proposition of the brand.
· Maintaining a communications activity plan and calendar.
· Tracking and reporting results to management.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
