PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration with Masters degree in HRM, CIPD, or MBA with minimum of (8) four years experience in Human Resources Department with at least two years experience at the manager or senior level, specializing in Human Resource planning with medium to large organization.
· Proven ability to produce positive results under tight deadlines.
· Requires excellent presence, outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with Senior Management and all levels of employees.
· Strong negotiation, influencing and collaboration skills.
· Establishes productive, cooperative relationships with subordinates, peers and management.
· Utilizes appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to gain agreement or acceptance of an idea, plan activity or product.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collecting and analyzing data to forecast expected human resource demand, given business plans for the future, and to forecast future human resources supply.
· Assists in the design of Strategic Manpower plans.
· Objectively evaluate all requests for additional manpower, creating new positions, deleting positions, upgrading positions downgrading positions, reclassifying positions, re-titling positions, trading off positions and splitting positions.
· Conduct workload studies to assess the validity of the current structure. Conduct restructures where necessary.
· Designing and implementing new and efficient organizational structures in line with the overall mission and objectives of the hospital.
· Collate and analyze information regarding current number of staff (headcount report), distribution of staff, levels within the organization, turnover rates, and retention data.
· Coordinate with departments and projects at the planning stage, ensuring the overall goals and mission of the hospital is adhered in reflecting operational requirements.
· Review and recommend any requests of manpower through expansions and commissioning for proper utilization of position titles and scope of position.
· Be updated with local labor market trends and forecasts, and plan appropriately.
· Design and implement an accurate model of the factors that will influence manpower demand and being able to predict the state of all the major variables in that model.
· Utilizes statically forecasting in man power planning.
· Designing and implementing programs that will enable the organization to achieve its human resource objectives and monitoring and evaluating these programs.
· Perform other job related duties as required.
