„X Performing worldwide independent audits and consulting services to improve the organization's operations;
„X Monitoring the reliability and effectiveness of management and other controls;
„X Analyzing the efficiency of all business processes and procedures;
„X Identifying and assessing fundamental economic risks ensuring the sustainable success of the business;
„X Providing independent, pragmatic advice and developing adequate measures;
„X Evaluating savings potentials and defining action plans to achieve the objectives;
„X Supporting the quarterly reporting process to Board Audit Committee;
„X Following-up on the implementation of recommended actions.
Your responsibilities within the department will mainly cover the following topics:
„X Financial Audits (e.g. accounts receivable management, payment transactions, treasury)
„X Process Audits (e.g. logistic, procurement, human resources, stock management etc)
„X Investments (e.g. CAPEX, M&A)
„X Risk Management
As a successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
„X Qualified Chartered Accountant from a Big 4 audit firm or Masters degree in business administration, engineering or a related field;
„X 1-5 years' post graduate qualification experience in external or internal auditing or in a consultancy;
„X Sound knowledge of the accounting and auditing principles/procedures, including methods of examination of business and financial operations and records;
„X Team player, with international mindset and embedded principals of safety, integrity, and respect;
„X Technical skills that are supplemented by strong analytical and conceptual skills, preciseness in detail, and oral communication skills;
„X English language skills ¡V due to our international organisation ¡V are business fluent in spoken and written language. Any other languages are seen as an asset;
„X Profound knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages, IDEA and other software skills are appreciated;
„X Willingness to travel 30 %¡V 40% on outside assignments throughout the world is prerequisite for the job.
