Job Description:
The Senior Engineer will be
- Responsible for Day to Day Data Center Operations
- Responsible for MIS Reports
- Responsible for Trouble shooting of the equipments inside datacenter
- Responsible for call Handling, Troubleshooting & support
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 + years of experience worked as a System Engineer
- Operating Systems: - Installation, configuration and managing Microsoft Windows (2000/2003 Servers), HP UNIX / Linux.
- Installation, configuration of DNS and DHCP server on Windows 2000/2003 Servers.
- Hardware:-Hands on experience in Server mounting & Server installation(HP/IBM/SUN)
- Manage basic disks and dynamic disks, Monitor server hardware, Tools might include Device Manager, the Hardware Troubleshooting Wizard, and appropriate Control Panel items, Optimize server disk performance, implement a RAID solution, Defrayment volumes and partitions.
- Email Applications:-Hands on experience in Exchange / Dominos server
- Tools:-Worked on HP Open view / IBM Tivoli
- Monitoring and check listing of Windows and Backup servers.
