· MCS/BCS with minimum two years of working experience in Windows 2003/XP domain environment.
· Preferably MCSE/MCSA and CCNA certified.
· Hands on experience in Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
· Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows XP/Vista and MS-Office applications.
· Good concepts of TCP/IP and related protocols.
· Medium level skills on MS-ISA, Sharepoint, MS-SQL and Exchange Servers
· Knowledge of Windows Active Directory environment and administration.
· Knowledge of Patch Management, Data Security and Data Backup.
· Preference will be given to those having concepts/experience with LAN/WAN networking technologies.
· Excellent analytical capabilities, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
