Job Description:
The Senior Engineer will be
- Responsible for Day to Day Data Center Operations for Backup , Storage design , Planning & Implementation
- Responsible for MIS Reports
- Responsible for Trouble shooting of the equipments inside datacenter
- Responsible for call Handling, Troubleshooting & support
Skill Level and Experience:
- Minimum 5 + years of experience worked as a System Storage Engineer
- Backup Applications: - Hands on experience in creating backup scripts on Bright Store Enterprise Backup Manager.
- Broad knowledge of storage technologies? HP Storage works EMC / Veritas /Net Backup thorough understanding of storage provisioning and procurement arrangements with multiple vendors
- Backup Hardware & Tools:- Hands on experience in NAS and SAN Hardware environment
- Hands on experience in Backup via DLT or storage medias
- Monitoring and check listing of Windows and Backup servers.
- Operating Systems: - Installation, configuration and managing Microsoft Windows (2000/2003 Servers), HP UNIX / Linux.
