- Experience with Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar ERP software is mandatory
- Accounting knowledge
- The ability to work directly with client stakeholders and end users
- Evaluate clients' business processes and document plans for improvement
- Perform business requirements gathering and gap analysis
- Configure & implement the software (Dynamics-GP accounting software) to the clients needs
- Design and create custom reports
- Design and test custom software modifications
- Train users and provide client support to solve business problems and technical software issues
- Participate in multiple implementation projects
- Support new and existing clients
- Work with a variety of Microsoft technologies and other tools to solve clients' problems
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Achieve and maintain product certifications
