HR Officer required

  • Should be MBA/MPA from a recognized university
  • Should have at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a MNC or reputed local company preferably pharmaceutical concern.
  • Should have knowledge of all Human Resource functions.
  • Should be able to handle routine personnel operations including recruitment and compensation benefits.
  • Should be able to liaise with service providers such as head hunters, trainers and insurance companies.
  • Individuals having hands on experience of ERP and other Human R4esource Softwares will be given preference.
