- Should be MBA/MPA from a recognized university
- Should have at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a MNC or reputed local company preferably pharmaceutical concern.
- Should have knowledge of all Human Resource functions.
- Should be able to handle routine personnel operations including recruitment and compensation benefits.
- Should be able to liaise with service providers such as head hunters, trainers and insurance companies.
- Individuals having hands on experience of ERP and other Human R4esource Softwares will be given preference.
