1. Knowledge of telecom or related software background with excellent understanding & exposure to technical components involved in OSS, BSS, VAS and related Platforms
2. Understanding Network Technology Development, Industry-standard GSM, GPRS, 3G, Guiding, Rating, Billing, Real Time Call Control, Data Charging, Customer Care systems and applications
3. .NET and Java frameworks, designing and/or developing solutions in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated Web Service Specifications
4. Extensive experience with multiple software packages, vendors, programming languages, technology platforms and COTS implementations
5. Extensive experience with systems architectural concepts and patterns, experience with multiple architecture, Design, SDLC methodologies ie TOGAF, NGOSS, Agile, UML
6. Extensive technical, financial & risk impact analysis skills - continuously benchmark best in class standards for OSS,BSS and VAS technology solutions and drive change programs to achieve these standards
