Job Description:
The job duties of an Admin assistant include:
· Draft notes for approval
· Setup arrangements for training courses
· Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
· Assist Admin officer in research, price, and purchase of office supplies
· Perform other related duties as required
Skills required:
· Excellent skills of using MS office
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm
· Effective management skills
· Passionate to work with Admin team
