Job Title : Client Service Manager
Qualification : Bachelors / Masters Degree in Statistics / Marketing / Economics
Experience : 5+ years

Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have at least 5-6 years of work experience with a very strong background in Statistics (not just academic, he / she must have practical experience of implementation of Statistics in the field of market research)
Client Engagement
· Apply statistical knowledge and skills to generate solutions to client needs (including concept testing of ideation)
· Guide the correct use of reported data through client engagement and client training
· Guide the implementation of new or enhance services
· Ensure COE methodologies meet client requirements
· Resolve complex client issues
Management Engagement
· Review on a regular basis the statistical quality of our services
· Report on key statistical projects
· Assure Management concerns are addressed within MSci
Product Leadership Engagement
· Collaborate with Product Leadership on the requirements and quality standards for profitable products
· Provide statistical inputs for service strategies
COE Engagement
· Provide expert market place knowledge to the COE teams to ensure flawless execution by the COEs
· Provide service specifications to the COE teams and collaborate with COEs on methodologies to ensure requirements
· Monitor quality levels of COE services
DA/Operations Engagement
· Review with DA the quality of data collection
· Review with DA the sample requirements
· Conduct and monitor AbN audits
· Provide support regarding specific quality corrections or adjustments to data based on client data inquiries
· Participate BPI projects that impact data quality
Information Management
· Collect pro-actively relevant statistical information with respect to our services
· Represent the company with academic and industry contacts and councils
Project Management
· Drive the roll out of new or enhanced services providing an integrated statistical vision
