PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Degree in Veterinary Sciences along with management in cattle breeding, farming and live stock management with a reputed FMCG.
· Relevant exposure of 10 years at least.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Staff management.
· Budgeting- long term planning. Purchasing feed and supplies etc.
· Strategic monitoring of planting and harvesting.
· Milk quality, record keeping. Use Milk Watch.
Managing the team of managers and technicians directing and involved in daily feeding of the cows and selecting feed rations.
· Breeding of dairy cows (AI) and analyzing the figures on weekly basis in Veterinary checks.
· Project planning and scheduling.
· MUST be computer literate and proficiency with MS Office. (Word, Basic Excel, Outlook and budgeting.
