Required Senior SAP Support Analyst In FMCG Company in RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA
Primary Objectives:
To facilitate the assigned SAP module to Company business continuity by insuring the full system functionality support to the business process in providing solutions, reliable support, business value added training, enhancing the system, effectively utilize and obtaining the maximum system benefits, and provide and maintain a high Service Level based on agreed SLA with business. In addition, to ensure confidentiality and integrity of the SAP application by designing appropriate security matrix and adequate input/output controls based on business needs.
KEY SKILLS:
Desired candidates should have
- Strong Finance background
- SAP FI Module Knowledge and 1-2 Implementation/Support projects
- It's desired to have SAP FI Certification.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Act as a first line functional support for the assigned business area assisting the business processes within SAP to achieve maximum business benefit with the system.
2. Identify business process improvement opportunities within the assigned SAP module to streamline the process
3. Identify new business processes in SAP functional area to improve our existing business processes
4. Act as a team member for SAP module's development to derive benefits.
5. Train maximum number of the SAP module end users to use the system effectively.
6. Working with all levels of the business to understand and anticipate Company's systems, considering the cross functional needs.
7. Identifying improvement opportunities and prepare a plan towards resolving it.
8. Ensuring that all enhancements which are beneficial to the organization are documented, carried out and well tested.
9. Identifying new and improved business processes to simplify and gain maximum benefit to the organization.
10. Creating training documentation and conducting training in various fields of the organization.
11. Ensuring that the right levels of system security are incorporated in SAP to secure Company's information capital by protecting it from external and internal attack and abuse.
12. Ensuring all system source code, documentations are secured and are updated with the latest version.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate with strong post graduate training and development evident with in the business area with SAP (Finacne) experience in development and/or support role
- Computer Science graduate
- SAP certified
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in handling SAP support or development in Finance
- SAP Warehousing
- SAP certified
