| » | Managing the visual art team and process - including setting priorities |
| » | Collaborate with team on the development of Program Plans and Creative Briefs, mentoring less experienced team members on the writing and dissemination of Creative Briefs |
| » | Work with Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, even when faced with a very high volume of jobs and extremely tight deadlines |
| » | Pitching ideas to clients |
| » | Creative team leadership and mentoring in regard to core competencies such as presentation skills, interpretation of client's business needs, and development of concept(s) to address need(s) |
| » | Keeping current on new technologies and establish learning opportunities/training priorities for team |

| The candidate must have a quality portfolio. | |
| Minimum experience of 4 years with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering. Extensive Skills in Adobe Photoshop and other Raster, as well as Vector based Graphics Software, are expected. Experience with HTML, Web Slicing and Adobe Flash will be a plus. Knowledge of color theories, marketing basics, and art techniques. Excellent communication and writing skills, both in English and Urdu. Excellent project management skills. An adaptable and positive attitude. Knowledge of Microsoft products etc. Must be detail-oriented. Must take ownership of projects. Ability to multi-task. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work overtime | |
