PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Post Graduate with 15-20 years of experience with MNCs
· Experience in Processed Foods is desirable
Mature, seasoned business leader who has the capability to drive the vision of the FMCG business.
· Should be a strong strategist as well as a ‘hands on’ implementer. Strong Sales, Branding and Financial skills would be prerequisite for this position
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for formulating vision and strategy for the business
· Driving profitable growth through both organic development and acquisitions
· Achieving agreed annual financial targets
· Formulating and implementing an exports strategy to take the company 's Consumer Products to overseas markets
· Motivating, training and retaining high performance talent
· Selectively adding brands that would compete with the best performing brands in the FMCG sector.
