PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 5-8 years of experience in service business with Masters in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent and having a sound exposure in operator business and competition knowledge/understanding.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for service product support for sales management to ensure optimal bid in terms of scope risks and cost to meet customer expectation.
· Ensure that Site Engineering Product Management principles are implemented in the Service Region.
· Evaluate and document local Country conditions and specifications for telecom implementation.
· Explain service scope for equipment implementation to partners.
· Present Implementation solutions to customers when needed.
· Ensure that Service Business Line service products are implemented in the-- Service Region according to global structures and guidelines
· Ensure correct cost calculation completed in Tenders. Sales packages-- & items used as per guidance from Global Service Line.
· Provide CT the relevant service documentation for the customer request in bid phase.
· Prepare and update risk analysis for telecom implementation services in tenders.
· Support sourcing in TI partner/subcontractor selection, discussions and negotiations.
· Provide CT support for service scope negotiations and contract closing with customer.
· Make sure proper localization of global TI service items, TI standard-- documents and TI standard processes is done.
· Bid cost estimate transfer to cost baseline and bid cost reporting
· Creation, maintenance, reporting of modular Country Cost Database (CCDB)
· Global tool and process implementation.
· Capture of local innovation and feedback from customers and linking it back-- to global service product development
· Collect and make decisions based on relevant market information
· Hand over the service product specification from tendering to the project execution
· Support SAP deployment in MEA region
