Brand Manager

One of our Clients is looking for Brand Manager for the following role

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION · MBA – Marketing with minimum 5-8 years in the FMCG industry with a strong track record in managing brands and the achievement of profitable growth.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITES · Develop & implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products & services to those markets.
· Execute decisions regarding products, such as choosing labels or packaging in local manufacturer product.
· Responsible for driving sophisticated market strategies to capture long term sales, margin and profit growth for a core FMCG portfolio.
· Managing and working across highly competitive FMCG categories
· Work on developing new products.
· Work out an approach to pricing & set products & services prices.
· Make decisions regarding the distribution of products (such as stock control and follow-up),
· Develop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations & sales management,
· Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance,
· Set Merchandising Plan in POS,
· Ensure Market visit with sales people,
· Supervise & coordinate with the sales related to their product.
· Must have proven strengths in organization and planning skills together with excellent presentation ability.
· Previous exposure to market research and a creative flare
