- Responsible for the timely insertion & verify of Country-wide receiving spare parts order in database.
- Responsible to prepare monthly MIS divisional report in term of Dealer-wise Sales, Parts-Wise Sales and Region-Wise Sales.
- Responsible to prepare Karachi center presentations both (Regional & Divisional) on monthly basis.
- Responsible of interpersonal communication between north and south stream, as well as external divisional communication.
- Responsible to gather, compile and submit Market Intelligence Report base on competitors monthly activities.
- Accountable to conduct market surveys and researches for getting know the product development, pricing impact and supply status.
- Responsible to timely distribution of Dealers Back-Order Summaries to all regions.
- Responsible to circulate Price Change Notification as well as circulate new price list and order formats with the consideration and getting final approval from Head of Spare Parts Division.
