· Fair understanding of TCP/IP and Network troubleshooting
· Implementation experience of structured cabling
· Skills to resolve desktop and application related issues
· Experience of installation and troubleshooting of Windows XP, Windows Server 2000/2003
· Hands-on experience on Windows 2003 Server with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS etc.
· Knowledge and experience of ISA Server, Lotus Notes/Exchange, etc. will be an advantage
· Basic know-how about the DR-Site (Data Recovery)
