· Minimum 3-4 years of hands on experience in Adobe Flex/Action Script 3, Ruby on Rails and/or PHP, Command on HTML, CSS, Javascript and / or AJAX is must.
· A minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
· Strong understanding of programming methodologies , tools and technologies
· Working knowledge of Linux, and experience building applications deployed in a multiplatform environment
· Experience with MVC frameworks such as Code Igniter or CakePHP
· Strong SQL skills and experience with Relational Databases specially MySQL
